Rental cars must not be left with the keys in the ignition, unlocked or with the windows open, and in the unlikely event of a breakdown or an accident, the owner (FocusRent company) must be notified as soon as possible, and they will be repaired at an authorized service.


In the event of an accident, theft or damage to the vehicle obtained through car rental services, the customer undertakes to obtain the telephone numbers of the witnesses and parties involved, not to leave the rental car unattended and to notify the owner (FocusRent company) by phone in maximum 3 hours after the occurrence of the incident.
